Ann Felice and Bill Rogers are founding sponsors of the Becas Matanchen Scholarship Program. Sadly, Bill passed away recently after a short illness. Ann Felice currently resides in Ajijic, Jalisco, Mexico. They formerly resided in Idaho Falls, Idaho and have strong ties to Louisiana State University and the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Bill was a retired veterinarian and Ann Felice is a former educator. Dr. Bill and Ann Felice were very active with our program as well as numerous other nonprofit operations.
